Job Description
As an AU Paraplanner, you'll create comprehensive advice documents, collaborate with Authorised Representatives, and ensure documentation aligns with legislative requirements. You'll play a key role in supporting financial planning services while fostering strong professional relationships.

Shift: Day Shift, Mon - Fri 07:00 AM - 04:00 PM (Weekends off)
Salary: PHP 75,000
Work setup: Hybrid, Clark (1 month onsite training, hybrid therafter)

The Qualifications We Seek
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in AU paraplanning or financial adviser compliance.
- Experience dealing with financial advisers.
- Strong working knowledge of Xplan software.
- Up-to-date understanding of Australian Financial Services (AFS) licensees, regulations, and adviser operations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.
- Must be amenable to a hybrid work setup.
Skills and Competence
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong computer literacy skills.
- Effective time management skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Ability to meet deadlines and adapt to changing conditions.
- Strong presentation skills for training workshops.
Knowledge
- Relevant tertiary qualifications preferred.
- Understanding of the Australian Financial Services industry and products is an advantage.
- Working knowledge of Information Technology requirements and applications.

Your Daily Tasks
- Develop and construct quality and compliant comprehensive advice documents and relevant collateral for CFP's Authorised Representatives.
- Ensure all documents are factually accurate, technically sound, editorially personalized, and in line with legislative requirements and CFP guidelines.
- Oversee advice document requests and collaborate with Authorised Representatives to ensure advice quality.
- Maintain and develop strong working relationships with CFP's Authorised Representatives.
- Assist in training and educating Authorised Representatives to optimize Paraplanning services.
- Contribute to developing processes and procedures for Paraplanning functions.
- Participate in projects that enhance team services.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant financial planning legislation and strategies.
- Attend relevant industry technical update sessions.
- Assist in preparing adviser training materials and facilitate workshops as required.
- Participate in and contribute to relevant projects as required.
