About the role

Imatch Realty Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented and highly organised Listings Officer to join our team. As a Listings Officer, you will be responsible for managing the company's property listings, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information is maintained across all platforms. This full-time position is based in our Taguig City office, with opportunities for growth and development within the company.

What you'll be doing

  1. Maintain and update the company's property listings database, ensuring all information is accurate and current
  2. Liaise with real estate agents and property owners to obtain and verify listing details
  3. Ensure all listings are properly formatted and displayed on the company website and other marketing channels
  4. Coordinate with the marketing team to create and publish engaging property listings
  5. Respond to inquiries from potential clients regarding available properties
  6. Assist with the organisation and scheduling of property viewings
  7. Provide administrative support to the real estate team as needed

What we're looking for

  1. Strong organisational and attention to detail skills
  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  3. Proficient in using real estate listing software and databases
  4. Experience in the real estate industry, preferably in an administrative or listings role
  5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  6. Familiarity with property marketing and advertising best practices
