About Us:

DAG is a provider of worksharing teams for Construction and Energy industry clients. We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Business Development Assistant to support our growing team and contribute to our ongoing success. This is an excellent opportunity to gain experience in business development and play a key role in the growth of our company.

Position Overview:

The Business Development Assistant will support business development activity in identifying new opportunities, developing relationships with potential clients, and assisting with the execution of strategies to drive business growth. The ideal candidate will be a proactive, detail-oriented, and driven individual with excellent communication and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in identifying and researching new business opportunities, including potential clients, markets, and partnerships.
  • Activate initial email outreach campaigns.
  • Support the creation of proposals, presentations, and other sales materials.
  • Maintain and update the CRM list with accurate client information, communications, and sales activity.
  • Coordinate meetings and follow-up actions with prospective clients and internal teams.
  • Assist with market research to identify trends, competitors, and industry best practices.
  • Help prepare reports and presentations for business development meetings and strategy sessions.
  • Contribute to the development of marketing and promotional materials to support sales efforts.
  • Manage and track client communications, ensuring follow-ups and responses are timely and professional.
  • Assist in coordinating events, conferences, and networking opportunities to enhance business development efforts.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Proven interest in business development, sales, or marketing. Experience with Construction or Energy industries a huge plus.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • A proactive, team-oriented attitude with the ability to work independently.

Preferred Skills:

  • Previous internship or experience in business development or sales.
  • Basic understanding of market research techniques.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php40, Php60,000.00 per month
