Franchise Acquisition Officer

Located at Nails Dot Glow Tuscany Taguig

Working Hours: 9 am to 6 pm

Job Function:

-Identify and qualify prospective franchisees: source leads, conduct initial screenings and interviews.

-Promote the Nails Dot Glow and Connect the Dots Group franchise opportunity, present the franchise package and business model (capital investment, franchise fee, term etc).

-Coordinate site/location selection, evaluate proposed sites against brand standards (floor area, visibility, foot traffic, target market).

-Work with real-estate/lease negotiation teams (or property owners) to secure appropriate lease agreements under brand guidelines.

-Assist in the preparation and execution of franchise agreements and related legal/contractual documentation.

-Provide pre-opening support and transition of selected franchisees to operations/training teams.

-Maintain a pipeline of franchisee prospects and report on progress (e.g., number of leads, applications, site approvals, signed agreements).

-Serve as liaison between head office (franchise development, operations, marketing) and new franchisees during set-up and launch phases.

-Help monitor the performance of newly opened franchise branches to ensure compliance with brand standards and help troubleshoot any early operational issues.

-Stay informed of market / competitor franchise trends and help formulate strategies to expand into new territories (including outside Metro Manila, potentially overseas given the brand's growth).

Qualifications:

-Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, Entrepreneurship or related field.

-At least 2-3 years of experience in franchise development, business expansion, site acquisition, real estate or similar business-development roles. (Generic job ads list 2 years for "franchise officer" roles.)

-Strong negotiation, communication and interpersonal skills — able to present to senior candidates, engage property owners and work cross-functionally.

-Good analytical capability — able to evaluate site viability, perform market/foot traffic assessment, understand ROI for franchisees.

-Self-starter mentality — willing to work field visits, site inspections, travel across regions if needed.

-Familiarity with contract/legal documentation relevant to leases and franchise agreements is a plus.

-Comfortable working in a dynamic and fast-growing company environment.

Working Conditions & Environment

-Mostly office-based at satellite head office in Tuscany McKinley, Taguig BGC but significant fieldwork (site visits, property/lease meetings, site inspections) will be required.

-Occasional travel to malls, branch locations (across Metro Manila and potentially outside).

-Coordination with multiple departments: Supply chain, legal, operations, marketing, training.
