Role Summary

This role serves as the primary link between the supply chain team and external customers, driving customer satisfaction through seamless, reliable, and efficient product flow, while also collaborating internally to optimize processes and meet business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key customers, acting as their main point of contact for supply chain matters.
  • Order & Service Management: Oversee the entire order-to-delivery process, ensuring timely order placement, accurate fulfillment, and effective communication on status.
  • Performance & Improvement: Monitor supply chain KPIs, analyze performance data, identify root causes for issues, and implement corrective actions and process improvements.
  • Data & Analytics: Utilize data to drive value, forecast demand, resolve issues, and provide insights for joint value creation with customers.
  • Inventory & Logistics: Manage inventory levels, coordinate with logistics providers, and oversee warehousing to meet customer service levels and business plans.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Sales, Operations, Finance, and other teams to align supply chain activities with overall business strategy.
  • Strategic Alignment: Drive customer-focused initiatives, including sustainability programs, to meet shared goals.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Experience: Proven background in supply chain, logistics, customer service, or operations, with 5+ years in relevant roles.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Leadership: Strong ability to lead, motivate, and develop high-performing, customer-oriented teams.
  • Problem-Solving: Proactive approach to identifying issues, analyzing root causes, and implementing solutions.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in ERP systems (like SAP) and MS Office (Excel).
  • Soft Skills: Adaptability, strong organization, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in fast-paced environments.
