We're looking for a highly skilled Supply Chain Tower Lead to join our team in Manila. The ideal candidate will be a dynamic leader responsible for overseeing all aspects of our supply chain tower, specifically focusing on Customer Service, Order Management, Master Data Management, and Data Integrity & Governance. This role involves managing a team, optimizing processes working closely with key leaders the organization, and leveraging data analytics to ensure seamless coordination between various stakeholders, leading to high levels of customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the organization's safety culture by demonstrating leadership as it strives to achieve an accident-free environment.
  • Promote the company's vision of striving to be a premier specialty chemicals and materials company and demonstrate and integrate its core values into daily activities.
  • Operational Management: is responsible for overseeing daily operating procedures, day-to-day execution, and organizational policies for the Customer Service, Order Management, and Master Data teams.
  • Resource Allocation: Managing teams, including budget, personnel and technology, to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.  Ensuring all activities within the functional area comply with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
  • Leadership:  Drive performance by translating strategy into actional plans. Coach and mentor team members, developing their skillset and identifying opportunities for learning and growth
  • Process Optimization: Collaborate with Global process owners to identify and implement
  • Opportunities for process improvements and implementing changes to enhance productivity and quality.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Act as the main point of contact for key clients, resolving complex issues and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. Ensuring process alignment with functional goals.
  • Performance Management: Monitoring and evaluating the performance of the teams, ensuring they meet key performance indicators (KPIs) and service level agreements (SLAs). Ensuring key reporting packages are delivered to key stakeholders in a timely manner.
  • Stakeholder Coordination: Collaborate with internal departments like logistics, finance, and sales, as well as external partners, to ensure smooth operations.
  • Risk Management: Proactively identify and mitigate risks related to supply chain disruptions, data quality issues, or customer complaints.
  • Technology & Systems: Utilize and improve supply chain management systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) to enhance efficiency and data accuracy.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5-7 years of experience as a people leader in supply chain, With Strong understanding of Customer Service, Order Management, Master Data Management, and Data Governance principles.
  • Experience working for US-headquartered multinationals.
  • BPO/Shared Services experience in leadership positions.
  • Proven experience with data analytics and using data to drive business decisions.
  • Excellent leadership, influencing, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in supply chain management software (e.g., SAP, SAP IBP, SAP MDG).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Solid process, systems and project management orientation.
