Role:

The Sr Analyst for Supply Chain Analytics will support strategic supply chain initiatives by leveraging advanced analytics, predictive modeling, and process mining tools. This role will work cross-functionally to identify optimization opportunities, develop dashboards, and support digital transformation efforts within company's global supply chain operations

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze supply chain data to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Build and maintain predictive models and dashboards using tools like SAP Cloud Analytics, Power BI, or Celonis for the Supply Chain Organization.
  • Connect data across Supply Chain functions (Logistics & Warehousing, Demand and Supply Planning, Customer Management, Material and Production Planning).
  • Cultivate and maintain strong, trustworthy relationships with business partners to ensure seamless connectivity and alignment with the Supply Chain team.
  • Collaborate with supply chain leaders to support strategic decisions and continuous improvement.
  • Support the implementation and tracking of KPIs across supply chain processes.
  • Participate in global projects to enhance supply chain operations.
  • Communicate insights and recommendations to stakeholders at various levels.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in business, Supply Chain, Analytics, or related field.
    5+ years of experience in analytics, preferably in supply chain or manufacturing environment
  • Experience creating visuals in at least two business intelligence tools (SAP Analytics Cloud, PowerBI, Tableau, etc.); SAP Analytics Cloud highly preferred.
  • Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and SAP.
  • Technical and analytical skills with the use of Celonis, a process mining and execution management software.
  • Ability to translate raw data into usable information.
  • Proficient with the MS Office Suite to include strong Excel (pivot tables, V/H look up, Power BI).
  • Prior project management experience and demonstrating the success in process improvements youve implemented.
