Visual Merchandiser Full-Time | OnsiteAbout the Role

We're looking for a Visual Merchandiser who can translate brand identity into compelling product displays—across kiosks, pop-ups, retail shelves, and internal layouts. Someone with an eye for aesthetics, strong spatial awareness, and the ability to bring a brand's story to life through visual executions.

Key Responsibilities
In-Store & Retail Visuals

  • Design, develop, and execute visual merchandising plans for kiosks, pop-ups, and in-store displays.
  • Ensure product displays follow brand guidelines and seasonal campaigns.
  • Regularly evaluate store layouts and recommend improvements to enhance customer experience and sales.

Product Display & Storytelling

  • Conceptualize product arrangements that highlight features, benefits, and brand identity.
  • Create merchandising guides, planograms, and product placement standards.
  • Work closely with marketing, retail, and creative teams to align visual strategies with ongoing campaigns.

Production & Coordination

  • Coordinate with suppliers, builders, and production teams for VM materials (signages, props, fixtures, etc.).
  • Manage inventory of VM props, display tools, and store collaterals.
  • Plan and oversee installation during new store openings, events, and re-merchandising schedules.

Research & Brand Alignment

  • Study market trends, competitor displays, and retail innovations.
  • Ensure all visual executions reflect the brand's tone, style, and creative direction.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Fashion, Design, Marketing, or related field.
  • At least 1–2 years of experience in visual merchandising, retail design, or a similar role.
  • Strong design sense with excellent attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in layout/design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop is a plus).
  • Good communication and project management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, creative environment.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in apparel, fashion, or lifestyle retail.
  • Background in store design, spatial planning, or interior styling.
  • Familiarity with kiosk setups and mall visual merchandising requirements.

Work Setup

  • Office-based with occasional fieldwork for store visits, installations, and events.
  • Must be available during key retail periods (launches, events, etc.).
