About the Role

We're seeking a versatile and detail-obsessed Video Editor & Post-Production Specialist who can turn raw footage, animation, and brand assets into visually engaging narratives. You'll be responsible for editing high-quality, platform-optimized video content and ensuring it aligns with our brand's clean, minimal aesthetic. This role is critical to strengthening our storytelling across e-commerce, paid media, and social platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Edit short- and long-form video content for paid ads, web, and social mediaAdd motion graphics, titles, transitions, and sound design to elevate production qualityCollaborate with creative and marketing teams on visual direction and narrative structureOptimize videos for various platforms including Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and product pagesManage multiple post-production projects in parallel with quick turnaround timesMaintain brand consistency and apply feedback from stakeholders efficientlyWhat We're Looking For
3+ years of experience in video editing and post-productionProficiency in tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, or similarStrong eye for pacing, composition, and rhythmComfortable editing to brand guidelines with minimal supervisionOrganized with experience managing post-production workflows and file organizationPortfolio that demonstrates storytelling, strong visual editing, and motion design

Requirements

Experience in direct-to-consumer or lifestyle brandsFamiliarity with color grading and sound mixingAbility to edit in multiple styles (e.g. polished branded content, raw user-generated-style edits)Basic knowledge of AI-enhanced animation, or creative AI tools (not required but helpful)
