Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or related field.
- At least 5 years of proven experience in an HR role.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR standard and best practices, and employment regulations.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- High level of discretion and ability to handle sensitive information.
- Implement HR policies and procedures in line with company goals and labor regulations.
- Maintain accurate electronic and hard copies of employee records and HR databases.
- Assist in processing membership, loan applications and claims related to government contributions (SSS, PAGIBIG, PhilHealth).
- Assist in payroll processing and benefits administration.
- Verify timekeeping records and consult employees about any discrepancies. Assist in monitoring attendance and tardiness.
- Drive initiatives that promote a positive workplace culture and employee well-being.
- Implement programs to help improve engagement and retention of employees.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php21, Php23,000.00 per month
