The Draftsman is responsible for preparing accurate technical drawings, plans, and layouts to support project planning and construction activities. The role also provides assistance in survey-related tasks and helps ensure the proper maintenance of equipment used for site measurements.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Prepare detailed 2D and 3D drawings, shop drawings, and as-built plans using AutoCAD or other design software.
  • Revise and update drawings based on instructions and site conditions.
  • Ensure accuracy of dimensions, materials, and specifications in drawings.
  • Coordinate with engineers, architects, and site teams to clarify technical details.
  • Maintain an organized filing system of drawings and revisions.
  • Assist in survey works and equipment maintenance.
  • Generate survey data points when required to support project implementation.

Qualifications

  • Graduate of Drafting Technology or Architecture.
  • Proficient in AutoCAD and other drafting/design software (SketchUp, Revit is an advantage).
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in drawings.
  • Ability to interpret technical drawings, specifications, and instructions.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php12, Php14,000.00 per month
