About the Role:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and hands-on Production Staff Engineer to join our dynamic manufacturing team. This position plays a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of production lines, driving continuous improvement, and supporting cross-functional initiatives to enhance productivity and product quality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Set up, maintain, and optimize production lines to ensure operational efficiency and quality output.
  • Identify and resolve equipment issues through hands-on troubleshooting and root cause analysis.
  • Lead and support lean manufacturing and process improvement initiatives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including maintenance, quality, and production planning to maintain stable production processes.
  • Conduct process mapping, FMEA, RCA, and implement effective CAPA strategies.
  • Analyze production data using tools like SPC, OEE, and cycle time analysis to drive performance improvements.
  • Design production tooling and layouts using CAD software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, etc.).
  • Generate detailed reports and dashboards using Microsoft Excel for data tracking and decision-making support.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related technical field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a production or process engineering role within a manufacturing environment.
  • Solid understanding of manufacturing processes, capacity planning, and production workflows.
  • Proficient in lean manufacturing principles, process analysis, and continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Skilled in CAD software for layout and tooling design.
  • Competent in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions for data analysis and reporting.
  • Familiarity with industry-standard quality tools and metrics such as RCA, FMEA, CAPA, SPC, OEE, and cycle time analysis.
