Position Title: CAD Operator

Work Set Up: On-site

Schedule: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM PH Time

Job Location: Clark Outsourcing - Building 35 Philexcel Business Park, Clark Pampanga

Quick Rundown:

We are looking for a CAD Operator to monitor and prepare detailed plumbing, mechanical, and electrical plans, including preliminary, construction, and as-built drawings. This role involves applying markups, creating schematics, developing 3D details, and ensuring all designs meet client specifications and industry standards. The specialist ensures accuracy, layout consistency, and compliance with technical requirements.

What You'll Do:

  • Prepares preliminary, for constructions and as built plans for the following services:

  • Plumbing

  • Mechanical
  • Electrical
  • Applies mark up to the plans
  • Creates mechanical and electrical details
  • Layouts plans with respect to the mark up detail provided by the client
  • Follow specifications and calculations to create various technical drawings
  • Ensures that schematics (electrical and mechanical) matches the layout within the plans
  • Creates 3D details

What We're Looking For:

  • At least 1 year experience in construction industry
  • Any degree with Architecture or Engineering
  • Proficient in using Autocad and Sketchup
  • With good communication and comprehension skills
  • Strong Attention to details
