Role Overview:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Corporate Sales Associate to join our growing retail team. This role is focused on handling corporate clients and bulk order accounts. The ideal candidate has experience in business-to-business (B2B) sales and knows how to manage client needs from inquiry to delivery. You will play a key role in building client relationships, coordinating orders, and supporting our sales targets.

Core Responsibilities:

Client Interaction:

  • Handle corporate inquiries and provide product information, pricing, and proposals for bulk orders.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with business clients and organizations.
  • Respond to client needs and follow up on sales leads and repeat orders.

Order Processing and Coordination:

  • Work with internal teams (inventory, finance, and logistics) to process and deliver orders accurately and on time.
  • Track and monitor client orders to ensure smooth transactions.

Sales Support and Reporting:

  • Prepare sales documents such as quotations, order forms, and contracts.
  • Keep client records updated and organized.

Market Awareness:

  • Stay informed about our products, pricing updates, and special promotions.
  • Familiarity with industry trends and what corporate clients typically look for in retail partnerships.

Qualifications:

  • At least 1 year of experience in corporate sales, account handling, or customer-facing roles (preferably in retail or distribution)
  • Must be a graduate of a 4-year bachelor's degree program
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Organized, responsive, and able to manage multiple clients and tasks
  • Comfortable working with sales targets and deadlines

Nice to have:

  • Experience in handling corporate giveaways, employee uniforms, or bulk merchandise orders
  • Familiarity with CRM or sales tracking tools
