POSITION TITLE : Corporate Sales Specialist

I ORGANIZATIONAL RELATIONSHIP

A.   IMMEDIATE SUPERIOR

TITLE : Sales Manager

II.   PRIMARY PURPOSE OF THE POSITION

Reporting directly to the Sales Manager.  Responsible in giving customer satisfaction

As company's front liners, leads the enhancement of Company's image by providing effective customer service to achieve total customer satisfaction at all times.

III DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Selling

Attend to clients needs

Meet desired quota

Gets prospective and competitive clients

Be aware of market demands

Perform other task as assigned from time to time

Place sales orders

Expand products lines of clients

Penetrate the market

Administrative

Update collection and statement of account of clients

Coordinate client's receivable and help with collection

Helps in maintaining the cleanliness and presentability of the store at all times.

Systematically files all documents and transactions.

Maintain harmonious relationships with co-workers and establish professional and friendly rapport with customers at all times.

Follows company rules and regulations

Performs other duties that maybe assigned from time to time.

OTHERS:

  • Makes sure that all correspondence (letters, purchase order, etc..) that requires the attention of the head office are properly email and original copy sent to the department head concerned at the soonest possible time.
  • Follow proper rules and regulation as set by the HR (Human Resource), Accounting and Purchasing Department.
  • Attending training/re-orientation when required to do so and inform person concerned when work does not permit for attending such.
