Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Loan Processing Intern to join our team. This internship offers valuable hands-on experience in the financial and administrative processes involved in loan management. You will support our loan officers and processors in preparing, reviewing, and organizing loan documents, and help ensure the smooth handling of client accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the preparation and organization of loan documents and client files
  • Conduct initial review of loan applications for completeness and accuracy
  • Follow up with clients for missing or additional information
  • Encode loan details and client data into internal systems
  • Help ensure all loan files comply with internal policies and regulations
  • Coordinate with other departments (e.g., legal, finance, customer service) for documentation and processing
  • Provide general administrative support to the loan processing team

Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Computer Science, or related fields
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Word)
  • Able to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information responsibly
  • Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced environment

Requirements:

  • Must have a valid Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) from your school.
  • Must be currently enrolled in an accredited internship course.
  • Must submit an official endorsement letter from your school.
  • Must be an undergraduate student (currently pursuing a degree).
