Loan Processing Officer (Philippines – Remote)

Support an Australian Mortgage Team | Long-Term Opportunity

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Loan Processing Officer to support our Australian mortgage operations. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with Australian lending processes and key industry platforms such as LoanQ, Salestrekker, and AOL.

You'll be responsible for ensuring loan applications are processed efficiently and accurately from submission to settlement, working closely with brokers and clients to deliver outstanding service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and process Australian home loan applications end-to-end.
  • Review and verify client documentation for completeness and accuracy.
  • Enter, update, and maintain client and loan data in LoanQ and Salestrekker.
  • Use AOL to assist with loan tracking and application management.
  • Liaise with brokers, lenders, and clients to follow up outstanding documents.
  • Ensure compliance with Australian mortgage processing standards and timelines.
Skills & Experience Required
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in Australian loan processing or mortgage administration.
  • Mandatory experience with Salestrekker.
  • Proficiency in LoanQ (essential).
  • Experience using AOL.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy under tight deadlines.
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment while meeting team goals.
