Job Description

We're looking for motivated and goal-driven Customer Service Representatives (CSR) to join our Sales team for both Voice and Non-Voice Accounts.

As a CSR, you will handle customer inquiries, promote products or services, and ensure excellent service is delivered — whether through phone calls, emails, or chat support.

Qualifications:

  • Open to any educational attainment
  • Must have at least 6 months BPO experience in Sales
  • Excellent English communication skills (both verbal and written)
  • Comfortable handling both voice and non-voice channels
  • Willing to work on-site in Bridgetowne, Pasig City
  • Can start ASAP is a plus
