About the role

As a Customer Service Representative you will be the friendly voice that connects our customers to the solutions they need. This full-time role is based in San Fernando, Pampanga, and involves providing excellent customer service through inbound and outbound calls.

What you'll be doing

  1. Responding to customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and empathetic manner
  2. Providing product and service information to customers
  3. Resolving customer issues in a timely and effective manner
  4. Maintaining detailed records of customer interactions
  5. Contributing to the continuous improvement of customer service processes and procedures

What we're looking for

  1. Previous experience in a customer service or call centre role
  2. Strong communication and active listening skills
  3. Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
  4. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
  5. Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software
  6. High school diploma or equivalent
