We are seeking a talented and customer-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team at StaffSmart Outsourcing. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the face of our company, providing exceptional support and assistance to our valued clients. This full-time position is based in Pampanga, offering the opportunity to work in a vibrant and collaborative work environment.

What you'll be doing

  • Handling inbound customer inquiries and requests via phone, email, and chat
  • Providing accurate and timely information to customers, addressing their concerns, and resolving issues in a professional and friendly manner
  • Documenting customer interactions and maintaining detailed records
  • Identifying opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction and improve service delivery
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer experiences
  • Adhering to company policies, procedures, and quality standards

What we're looking for

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with customers from diverse backgrounds
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to think on your feet and provide creative solutions
  • Empathy and a genuine passion for providing exceptional customer service
  • Proficiency in using computer systems and software, including customer relationship management (CRM) tools
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Relevant experience in a customer service or call centre role is preferred
