Sutherland is seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team in Clark. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing outstanding support and assistance to clients in the Fintech industry.

What you'll be doing

  1. Handling inbound calls from customers and responding to their queries and concerns in a friendly and professional manner
  2. Providing accurate information and guidance to customers
  3. Maintaining detailed records of customer interactions and transactions
  4. Proactively identifying opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and service delivery
  5. Adhering to all company policies, procedures, and quality standards
