Position: Accounts Administrator (6 months project-based)

Location: Central Luzon

Your Role

As an Accounts Administrator, you are responsible for:

  • Process and manage invoices, payments, and employee reimbursements.
  • Set up and maintain debtor accounts, ensuring all client financial records are up to date and accurately reflect client agreements.
  • Proactively follow up on outstanding debts and assist in debt recovery processes.
  • Manage accounts payable and receivable accounts reconciliation, including purchase order reconciliation.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to email inquiries from internal stakeholders and external clients and suppliers.
  • Maintain financial data in client management systems.
  • General office management, booking travel arrangements, ordering office stationery, etc.
  • Payroll processing.
  • Assisting the Company Account in BAS lodgements with the ATO, and setting up relevant payments to the tax authority.
  • Reconciling monthly supplier statements; including follow up of invoices or credit notes.
  • Support the Company Accountant in producing other internal financial reports as may be required.
  • Generating reporting and financial analysis as requested by the Company Accountant.

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years experience in accounts payable and receivable, invoicing, and financial administration.
  • Relevant industry qualifications.
  • Proven experience working within Australian taxation laws (GST) and payroll requirements.
  • Previous experience in office management.
  • Ability to support internal stakeholders.
  • Strong data entry skills with a high attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Previous experience in utilising multiple systems in order to provide financial accounting outcomes.
  • Proficiency in financial systems (Xero preferred), accounting software, and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook), ZOHO.
  • Intermediate to advance knowledge of computer software systems utilised in a community setting.
