- Develop and execute plans to identify, evaluate, and onboard new distributors or CSO partners aligned with product and territory goals
- Manage relationships with local sales partners, monitor sales performance (weekly/monthly), and conduct product/sales training to ensure alignment with brand strategy
- Develop strategic marketing plans for key products across aesthetic and general medicine segments
- Identify, manage, and develop Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) in hospitals, aesthetic clinics, and key accounts
- Support tender processes and access strategies in collaboration with distributors; prepare and share technical/product information for public sector submissions
- Organize and execute scientific meetings, workshops, and field training activities to enhance brand engagement and positioning
- Analyze market trends and evaluate business opportunities (new indications, new segments, PNDF potential, block structure roll-out)
- Manage, develop, implement code-in/bidding/tender process successfully through cooperation with distributors/Promoters for Public/Private channels.
- Will be working under the Aesthetic team, focusing on the management of Botulinum Toxin products.
