Contractual: 5 months

  • Work-From-Home setup (report on-site ONCE A MONTH only)

Location: Muntinlupa – Cavite Expressway (MCX) Rotunda, Brgy. Poblacion, 1776 ​ Muntinlupa City

Work Schedule: Mondays to Fridays, 6:00 AM – 3:00 PM

  • Weekend work may be required depending on business needs
  • Possible overtime based on deliverables and tasks

What You'll Do:

  • ​Handle inquiries across phone, email, and chat with empathy, efficiency, and professionalism.
  • De-escalate concerns, resolve problems quickly, and identify recurring issues for improvement.
  • Use data and feedback to enhance service quality and support customer experience goals (CSAT/NPS).
  • Manage time effectively, collaborate in a fast-paced environment, and embody company values through a positive attitude.

Qualifications:

  • 6 months–1 year experience in a contact center (English-speaking account)
  • Experience with phones, emails & messaging channels (a plus)
  • Strong English communication skills – verbal & written
  • Analytical, with good negotiation & problem-solving skills
  • Proactive mindset, familiar with CX analytics platforms
  • Knowledge of CX metrics (CSAT, NPS, AHT, TPH, QA, FRT)
  • Can work independently & collaboratively in a fast-paced setting
  • Flexible to work weekends & holidays
  • Willing to work on-site at MCX once a month (hybrid setup)
  • Available to start ASAP
