About the Role
ZERVVO CXM Inc. is looking for dedicated Customer Care Specialists to support our growing operations. This role is ideal for individuals who want to start a career in customer service or continue growing in the industry. We welcome both experienced and no-experience applicants (full training provided).
You will handle local customer inquiries and outbound follow-ups, ensuring every interaction is handled with professionalism, clarity, and empathy.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Engagement
Answer inbound customer calls politely and efficiently.
- Make outbound calls for follow-ups, reminders, verification, or updates.
- Provide clear and accurate information based on training and scripts.
Ensure positive customer experience in every interaction.
Call Documentation
Accurately record call details, outcomes, and customer information.
- Tag and disposition calls correctly in the system.
Maintain complete and updated records for monitoring and reporting.
Issue Resolution
Address customer concerns by following standard procedures.
- Escalate complex issues to supervisors or designated teams.
Provide timely updates when additional actions are required.
Adherence to Standards
Meet performance expectations (attendance, call quality, targets).
- Follow schedules, break times, and company policies.
- Participate in coaching sessions, calibrations, and continuous training.
Minimum Qualifications
- Open to no-experience applicants — we will train you
- At least Senior High School graduate.
- Good communication skills in Filipino; basic English is a plus.
- Comfortable using computers and navigating simple systems.
- Willing to work on-site in Filinvest City, Alabang, Muntinlupa City
- Willing to work varying shifts depending on operational needs.
Preferred (Not Required)
- Previous experience in customer service, BPO, or call center work.
- Experience handling inbound or outbound calls.
- Basic familiarity with CRM or call-handling tools.
