As the Payroll Specialist for the newly established ISS entity in the Philippines, you will be responsible for the accurate, timely, and compliant execution of all payroll-related activities. Operating as a standalone role, you will ensure employees are paid correctly and on time, while establishing foundational payroll processes and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end payroll processing in alignment with local regulations and the payroll calendar.
  • Address and resolve payroll-related queries efficiently to ensure employee satisfaction and compliance.
  • Liaise with external payroll vendors, raising and tracking tickets, and escalating issues as needed.
  • Conduct regular payroll audits and validation checks to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
  • Identify and implement opportunities for process improvement and automation.
  • Provide payroll-related insights and support to People & Culture and Finance teams.
  • Ensure service excellence by delivering outcomes in line with agreed service levels.
  • Maintain confidentiality and data protection standards in all payroll activities.
  • Enter and maintain accurate payroll data including new hires, terminations, and changes.
  • Manage time and attendance records, including tracking absences, overtime, and leave balances.
  • Ensure timely and correct input of timekeeping data into payroll systems.
  • Collaborate with relevant departments to validate and reconcile time and attendance information.

Preferred Experience

  • Proven experience in payroll administration, preferably in a multinational or shared service environment with multiple headcount and complex work schedules
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and payroll systems
