Data Solutions Lead

Pasay City | Night Shift

We are seeking a detail-oriented Operations Lead to manage alternative investment processes and client reporting. This role oversees the processing of hedge fund and private equity transactions, ensures accurate investor data management, and drives improvements in operational workflows. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, collaborates with internal teams and external partners, and leads a small team to deliver high-quality, timely reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and process investment transactions including subscriptions, redemptions, and transfers.
  • Maintain accurate investor data and ensure integrity across reporting systems.
  • Prepare regular reporting files for clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with custodians, fund administrators, and vendors to resolve data and operational issues.
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes and automate workflows.
  • Lead, mentor, and support team members to achieve performance targets.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business, or related field.
  • At least 5+ years of financial service industry experience
  • At least 3+ years supervisory experience
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Suite, specifically Excel VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, VBA, and Macros
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management skills
  • Highly organized self-starter with experience coordinating multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent English oral and written communication skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to Php110,000.00 per month
