Job Summary:
The
Operations and Process Excellence Lead
is responsible for driving enterprise-wide process improvement initiatives that enhance operational efficiency, customer experience, and business performance. This role leads the design, implementation, and governance of process excellence frameworks, leveraging Lean Six Sigma methodologies and change management principles. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker and hands-on leader with a proven track record in process transformation and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage cross-functional process standardization, documentation, and improvement initiatives aligned with strategic business goals.
- Develop and implement a process framework, including governance, metrics, and continuous improvement practices.
- Facilitate Lean Six Sigma projects, Kaizen events, and root cause analyses to identify and eliminate inefficiencies.
- Collaborate with business units to map, analyze, and redesign core processes for scalability and sustainability.
- Establish and monitor KPIs to track the impact of process improvements on cost, quality, and customer satisfaction.
- Build a culture of operational excellence through training, coaching, and capability building.
- Partner with Finance, IT, Strategy, and other departments to align process improvements with digital transformation efforts.
- Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership and executive stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and quality standards in all process initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Operations Management, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification (required).
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in process excellence, operational improvement, or business transformation.
- Proven experience leading large-scale process improvement projects across multiple functions.
- Strong knowledge of process mapping tools, data analysis, and project management methodologies.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to translate vision into actionable plans.
- Experience in change management, issue management, risk management and organizational development
