Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Associate to join our Human Resources team. The ideal candidate will support day-to-day HR operations, assist with recruitment processes, maintain employee records, and contribute to creating a positive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the recruitment process, including posting jobs, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews
  • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes
  • Coordinate HR programs and initiatives (e.g., employee engagement, wellness activities)
  • Assist with payroll and benefits administration
  • Handle employee queries and provide timely support
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and labor laws
  • Prepare HR reports and documentation as needed

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Entry-level candidates with strong academic backgrounds are highly encouraged.
  • Proficiency in Google Suite (e.g., Docs, Sheet) is essential.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal) to handle employee inquiries professionally and effectively.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and integrity.
  • Proven ability to multitask, prioritize work effectively, and manage time in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php18,500.00 per month
