About the role

Four30 Gastropub is seeking a dynamic and creative Social Media and Marketing Staff to join our team in Quezon City, Metro Manila. As a full-time employee, you will play a crucial role in developing and executing our social media and marketing strategies to effectively promote our popular gastropub and engage our growing customer base.

What you'll be doing

  • Manage and maintain the company's social media accounts across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter
  • Create engaging and visually appealing content, including posts, stories, and videos, to showcase our menu, events, and brand personality
  • Monitor and respond to customer inquiries and feedback on social media in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement integrated marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness and customer engagement
  • Analyze social media and website analytics to identify trends and insights, and use these to optimize our digital marketing strategy
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest social media and digital marketing trends and best practices, and make recommendations for improvements

What we're looking for

  • At least 1 year of experience in social media management and digital marketing, preferably in the food and beverage industry
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling and on-brand content
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, analytics, and advertising tools
  • Creativity and the ability to think outside the box to develop innovative marketing campaigns
  • Excellent time management and multitasking skills, with the ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
  • Passion for the food and beverage industry and a genuine interest in our brand
  • knowledgeable in Photo and Video Editing
