The Opportunity:Imagine crafting compelling narratives that captivate audiences and drive brand engagement across multiple platforms. As a Social Media Strategist, you will be the architect of our clients' online presence, developing and executing strategies that resonate with target audiences and achieve business objectives. Collaborate with a creative team dedicated to delivering impactful social media campaigns that stand out in the digital landscape. Your expertise in content creation, analytics, and platform management will be pivotal in building meaningful connections and encouraging user action.
Your Mission:- Content Creator : Generate, edit, and publish original content (text, images, video) that fosters engagement and prompts user interaction
- Strategic Planner : Develop and implement social media advertising and management strategies through competitive research, platform selection, benchmarking, messaging, audience identification, and alignment with client goals
- Design Enthusiast : Create visually appealing social media templates based on brand guidelines, client feedback, and current trends using tools like Canva
- Calendar Manager : Develop and oversee content calendars and syndication schedules to ensure consistent and timely content delivery
- Analytical Thinker : Continuously enhance results by capturing and analyzing relevant social data/metrics, insights, and best practices, and applying this information effectively
- Reporting Specialist : Generate detailed reports for clients, outlining campaign progress and performance metrics
- Experienced Marketer : Proven experience in a social media marketing role, with a track record of driving positive Return on Ad Spend (ROAS) for social media ad accounts
- Skilled Communicator : Excellent writing, graphic design (photo/video/text), presentation, and communication skills
- Platform Proficient : Hands-on experience with Meta Business Manager, Meta Ads Manager, Pinterest Ads Manager, and proficiency in Instagram, Pinterest, and Facebook, with a demonstrated ability to grow followers and generate engagement
- Analytical Expert : Proficient in Google Analytics, capable of analyzing campaign performance data and generating actionable insights to optimize ROAS
- Design Tool Savvy : Experience with design tools such as Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar applications
- Marketing Knowledgeable : Solid understanding of online marketing trends and major marketing channels
- Positive and Detail-Oriented : Possesses a positive attitude, is detail-oriented, customer-focused, and excels in multitasking and organizational abilities
- Fluent English Speaker : Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, to effectively communicate with clients
- Educational Background : Bachelor's degree in Communications, Digital Marketing, Media Design, or a related field
- Additional Platform Experience: Experience with TikTok, Snapchat, Twitter (X), and LinkedIn is a plus
- Cares Deeply : Demonstrates a genuine interest in their work, as it reflects in the quality of the output
- Commits Fully : Ensures tasks are completed as promised, without unnecessary delays
- Communicates Clearly : Maintains clear and prompt communication with project managers and teammates
