Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze and understand both current and future business processes across the organization.
  • Gather and document business needs and requirements and prepare business cases for projects.
  • Take part in project and portfolio reviews to ensure alignment with the established business objectives.
  • Suggest improvements to existing business systems and IT processes.
  • Influence internal and external stakeholders on the adoption of new technologies and strategies.
  • Collaborate with project teams to create project plans, including managing risks, issues, scope, quality, and communication.
  • Delegate tasks to team members and provide regular updates on project progress and milestones.
  • Track project scope changes, assess their impact, and advise the project manager on necessary adjustments.
  • Maintain accurate records of costs, track expenses, and conduct cost variance analysis comparing actual spending with the budget.
  • Deliver detailed, timely analysis of project costs and schedules, proposing corrective actions when necessary.
  • Address project issues and risks, providing risk analysis and impact assessments to the project manager.
  • Liaise with suppliers to gather updates and assess any potential impact on project timelines.
  • Identify opportunities for cost savings, including completing projects ahead of schedule and recommending budget reductions.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, management, finance, or a related field is preferred.
  • At 1-2 years of relevant work experience.
  • Proficiency in project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, Six Sigma, Waterfall, and others.
  • Familiarity with project management tools like Zoho, MS Project, Jira, Asana, and others, along with basic SQL knowledge.
  • Experience with ERP systems like SAP, Oracle, or similar platforms.
  • Skilled in using diagramming tools such as MS Visio, Lucidchart, and others.
  • Project Management certifications (e.g., PMI, Prince2, Six Sigma) are a plus.
  • Strong experience in creating detailed reports and analysis.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php30, Php40,000.00 per month
