Data Analyst will strengthen JRS Express' data-driven decision-making by designing and maintaining POWER BI Dashboards and reports. This role ensures that management and operations teams can access accurate, real-time insights to support logistics efficiency, financial performance, and strategic growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Build and maintain POWER BI dashboards and reports to track KPIs across departments. Clean, transform and model data from various internal systems (logistics, finance, sales, and operations)

Work closely with stakeholders to define reporting requirements and deliver meaningful insights.

Conduct data analysis and forecasting to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.

Ensure data governance and compliance with company standards. Provide training and support for teams using dashboards in daily operations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Statistics, Computer Science, IT, Business Analytics, Economics, or related field.
  • Preferred Experience: Minimum 2 years in business intelligence, data analysis, or reporting.
  • Background in logistics, supply chain, or express delivery services preferred. Familiarity with cloud-based data platforms (e.g. Azure, SQL Server) is an advantage.
  • Technical Skills:

Proficiency in POWER BI (DAX, Power Query, data modeling).

Strong knowledge of SQL and data integration.

Advanced Excel and solid understanding of ETL processes.

  • Analytical Skills: Ability to turn raw data into actionable insights.
  • Communication Skills: Capable of presenting findings clearly to both technical and non-technical users.
