Job Description:

  • Develops and leads technical training programs for the company's dealerships, focusing on automotive servicing, vehicle fundamentals, and troubleshooting to ensure optimal vehicle performance and customer satisfaction.
  • Establishes and monitors key performance indicators (KPIs) for training initiatives, conducting regular evaluations through assessments and performance analysis to identify areas for improvement and propose targeted action plans.
  • Collaborates with management, experts, dealers, heads, and process owners to create accurate, current, and relevant training materials that align with industry standards and company goals.
  • Innovates training delivery methods by leveraging diverse platforms and technologies, ensuring dynamic and engaging learning experiences for all participants.
  • Manages training budgets efficiently, optimizing the use of company resources while ensuring the effective delivery of high-quality training programs.

  • Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

  • Automotive: 5 years (Required)
  • Technical Trainer: 3 years (Required)
