The Role
We're looking for a Brand & Campaign Strategy Manager to lead integrated campaigns that blend brand storytelling with measurable ecommerce impact. You'll turn insights into creative strategies that drive both engagement and conversion - working closely with performance, livestream, and creative teams.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Lead brand and full-funnel campaign strategies across digital and social commerce platforms (especially TikTok).
- Collaborate with Studio, Livestream, and Affiliate teams to bring premium creative quality to life.
Localize global strategies for Southeast Asia audiences. - Drive a test-and-learn culture to continuously improve campaign impact.
- Use data and insights to connect creative storytelling with measurable results (GMV, ROAS, CVR).
- Translate business goals into impactful creative concepts and activation plans.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Media, Business, or any related fields
- 6+ years of experience in brand strategy, campaign planning, or integrated marketing.
- Proven experience in social commerce and digital platforms (TikTok, Shopee, Lazada, Meta).
- Ability to link creativity with performance metrics and business outcomes.
- Strong storytelling and presentation skills.
- Strategic thinker with a data-driven mindset.
- Experience in ecommerce or agency environments is a plus.
