Company Description

Wizer Industries, Inc. is the Philippines' authorized retailer of premium watch brands including Tissot, Frederique Constant, and Tommy Hilfiger. We operate dedicated mono-brand retail stores as well as two home-grown multi-brand concept stores, Tempus and The Watch Store. Tempus features high-end Euro-Swiss watch brands, while The Watch Store offers an array of brands catering to various budgets. Our boutiques are strategically located in prime malls across key cities nationwide, and we maintain an active online presence through our e-commerce sites and platforms like Zalora and Lazada.

Role Description

The Brand Lead oversees the creation and execution of strategies to grow and strengthen the brand's market presence. This role focuses on identifying growth opportunities, ensuring brand consistency, and collaborating with teams to deliver innovative campaigns and initiatives that align with business objectives.

Qualifications

  • Graduate of Bachelor Degree in Business Management, Marketing or any related course.
  • In depth understanding of Brand Management and Merchandising Management.
  • Proven experience in managing multiple Brands.
  • Proficient in analyzing financial data to drive revenue growth and profitability.
  • Strategic Thinker: Ability to develop and implement long-term brand growth strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Proficiency in analyzing market trends, consumer behavior, and competitive landscapes to identify growth opportunities.
  • Skilled in planning, executing, and managing brand initiatives, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with goals.
  • Capacity to generate fresh ideas and implement innovative solutions for brand growth and engagement.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities to convey brand vision and strategy effectively.
