A
Marketing Campaigns Specialist
will be responsible for:
- Assisting in Campaign Development and Execution: Support the creation and implementation of marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels, ensuring alignment with overall brand strategy.
- Content Creation: Develop engaging and high-quality content for social media, websites, and in-app placements to drive user engagement and brand awareness.
- Performance Analysis: Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, using data-driven insights to optimize effectiveness.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the Marketing Campaigns Lead, Head of Marketing, and cross-functional teams to ensure consistent branding and messaging across all marketing materials.
- Project Management: Manage multiple marketing projects simultaneously, ensuring timely and efficient execution of campaigns.
Requirements
- Graduate of a Bachelor's degree in Business or Marketing related course
- At least 2 years of experience related to marketing campaigns from financial services industry
- Must be proficient in digital marketing strategies, including social media management and content creation, along with strong analytical skills to optimize campaign performance
- Has effective project management and organizational abilities for handling multiple projects concurrently
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across teams are essential for maintaining consistent branding and messaging
- Creativity and attention to detail are also critical for developing compelling content and innovative marketing approaches.
