Job Title: Email Campaign Manager

Department: Marketing / Growth

About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and creative Email Campaign Manager to own the

strategy, execution, and optimization of our email marketing campaigns. This role is key in

driving customer engagement, nurturing leads, and supporting revenue growth through

impactful and targeted email communications.

Key Responsibilities


• Plan, build, and execute email campaigns (newsletters, product updates,

promotional campaigns, onboarding flows, etc.).


• Manage end-to-end campaign execution, including segmentation,

personalization, scheduling, and testing.


• Optimize campaigns for deliverability, open rates, click-through rates, and

conversions.


• Develop and maintain automated email workflows for lead nurturing and

customer retention.


• Collaborate with content, design, and product teams to ensure brand consistency.


• Conduct A/B testing to improve subject lines, messaging, CTAs, and layouts.


• Monitor performance metrics and generate reports with actionable insights.


• Ensure compliance with data protection and email marketing regulations (CAN

SPAM, GDPR).


• Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging tools in email marketing.

Qualifications


• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.


• Proven experience in email marketing, digital marketing, or CRM management.


• Proficiency with email marketing platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp, Marketo,

Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Klaviyo).


• Strong understanding of segmentation, automation, and personalization

strategies.


• Knowledge of HTML/CSS for email design is a plus.


• Excellent written communication and copywriting skills.


• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign data.


• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple campaigns at once.

Preferred Skills (Nice to Have)


• Experience with e-commerce or SaaS marketing campaigns.


• Familiarity with CRM integration and customer journey mapping.


• Basic design skills (Canva, Figma, Adobe Suite).


• Google Analytics or similar analytics tool experience.
