Job Title: Front Desk / Receptionist
Job Summary:
The Front Desk staff serves as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and employees. This role requires excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills to ensure a professional and welcoming environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and employees in a friendly and professional manner.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls, emails, or messages.
- Maintain the reception area, ensuring it is clean, organized, and presentable.
- Assist with scheduling appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings.
- Handle inquiries and provide accurate information regarding the company, services, or procedures.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, deliveries, and packages.
- Maintain visitor logs and security procedures, including issuing visitor badges.
- Support administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth office operations.
- Handle minor customer complaints or refer issues to the appropriate personnel.
Qualifications and Skills:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications are a plus.
- Proven experience in front desk, receptionist, or administrative roles preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic office equipment.
- Friendly, approachable, and customer-focused attitude.
Working Conditions:
- Typically office-based with some light administrative duties.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate
Pay: Php14, Php16,000.00 per month
