Front Desk/Receptionist

You will be responsible for managing the front desk operations, handling administrative tasks, and maintaining accurate records of employee attendance and work hours. This role requires excellent organizational skills, a friendly demeanor, and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities
Reception Duties:
- Greet and welcome employees and visitors in a professional manner.
- Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate personnel.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
- Maintain a tidy and welcoming reception area.
Administrative Tasks:
- Perform general clerical duties such as data entry, filing, and photocopying.
- Assist with scheduling appointments and meetings.
- Maintain and update office records and databases.
- Order and manage office supplies.
Timekeeping:
- Accurately record and track employee attendance and work hours.
- Process timesheets and ensure timely submission.
- Assist with payroll preparation by providing relevant data.
- Address and resolve any discrepancies related to timekeeping records.
Compliance and Confidentiality:
- Ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations regarding timekeeping and attendance.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
Qualifications
Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in office administration is a plus.
- Proven experience as a receptionist, administrative assistant, or in a similar role.
- Experience with timekeeping systems and payroll processes is preferred.
Skills:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
