Marketing Onboarding Specialist
The primary objective of this role is to promote and onboard clients to the Bank's digital channels. This entails interacting with clients in various settings, such as branches, payroll releases, caravans, and events. A key responsibility of the onboarding specialist is to facilitate the outsource of caravans or events to increase digital channel enrollment.

Responsibilities:
  • Achieve personal enrollment targets for digital channels in assigned areas, including branches, caravans, and customer events.
  • Collaborate with Retail Banking partners and Agency Banking partners to identify opportunities for increasing digital channel enrollment in specific areas.
  • Educate clients on the features and benefits of the bank's digital channels.
  • Participate in caravans or events where possible to promote digital channels, targeting schools, corporate entities, government agencies, and other prospects.
  • Identify ways to acquire caravans or events within their area of assignment.
  • Cascade new digital channel features and capabilities by conducting rollouts to managed areas and encouraging branches to enroll clients.
  • Ensure timely preparation of accurate digital channel enrollment reports and reimbursement.
  • Attend trainings and walkthroughs to stay updated on digital channel knowledge.
  • Apply proper decision-making and client needs analysis skills.
  • Analyze complaints escalated by partner branches if escalation or urgent endorsement is required.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Banking and Finance, Management, or Marketing-related courses.
  • Preferably with working experience in banking, sales, marketing, or customer service.
  • Familiarity with the bank's digital channels (VYBE, BPI Branded Features, etc.).
  • Basic knowledge of bank products and services.
  • Sales and collaboration skills.
  • Self-starter with initiative.
  • Leadership and interpersonal relationship skills.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills (proficient in MS Office applications).
  • Presentation skills.
  • Able to expand network and build harmonious relationships with digital channel partners.
  • Capable of facilitating group training and presentations.
  • Willingness to work in the field.
