Job Description

This role is focused on developing engaging and interactive training content. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in instructional design, with experience in creating courses that meet client needs.


Key Responsibilities
  • Analysis: Gather information and identify primary and secondary learning objectives; Analyze content and identify the client's problem and resource availability/limitations as well as profile of target learners;
  • Design: Brainstorm and select design elements that fit project requirements; Create branded templates for content (decks, one-pagers, simulators); Generate ideas on activities, gamification, storytelling and assessment;
  • Development: Develop according to the agreed development process (ADDIE, SAM); Create or assemble the e-learning content using software such as Adobe Captivate and Articulate Storyline; Apply gamification and scenario-based learning;
  • Project Management: Collaborate with stakeholders at all stages, ensuring proper and timely communication; Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation;

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in related fields, preferred;
  • 4 years related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience in a call center environment;
  • Training needs analysis, methods and procedures;
  • Process mapping and visual display design principles;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
  • Proficiency with MS Office and other software;
  • Prior customer service or call center environment experience;
