Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Technical Writer to join our team.

The successful candidate will develop high-quality documentation, including user guides, technical documents, and online help systems. They will research, plan, write, edit, update, and maintain product documentation, ensuring accuracy and appropriate terminology.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop comprehensive product documentation, including user guides, technical documents, and online help systems.
  • Research, plan, write, edit, update, and maintain product documentation, following documentation standards, templates, and style guides.
  • Publish release notes, create/update help articles, and generate online help systems.
  • Contribute to effort estimates for new development work.
  • Ensure accuracy and appropriate terminology in all documentation.
  • Deliver high-quality documentation according to project plans and commitments.
  • Meet commitments to customers in a timely manner.
Qualifications and Skills
  • Strong knowledge of the structure and content of the English language, including spelling, grammar, and composition rules.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience documenting software applications, creating graphics, screen captures, and technical illustrations.
  • Experience leading teams; experience in IT and Healthcare sectors is preferred.
  • Clinical workflow comprehension or clinical work experience.
  • University degree.
  • Bilingual in English and French.
  • Uses professional concepts and company policies to solve problems of moderate complexity.
  • Exercises judgment within defined processes and policies.
  • Works under direct supervision following defined procedures.
