Affiliate Project Intern

About The Team:
We are looking for a motivated Affiliate Growth Intern to support the Creator Operations team. This internship provides hands-on experience in operational processes that help creators grow on TikTok Shop.

By assisting in affiliate growth operations, you will directly contribute to improving creator performance and ensuring a steady flow of quality livestream and short video content on the platform.

Responsibilities

• Assist in affiliate growth operations to drive creator performance growth and ensure a consistent supply of quality content in livestream and short video formats.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams to allocate necessary resources and support.
• Analyze performance data and generate reports.
• Translate insights into actionable strategies to optimize creator performance and content supply growth.

Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications

• Undergraduate student and currently enrolled in a university with a relevant degree (Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Data Analytics, etc.)
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace (Word, Excel/Sheets, PowerPoint/Slides).
• Interested in working with data and using insights to support operational growth.
• Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Can commit to a full-time internship for at least 3 to 5 months (Mondays to Fridays).

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with TikTok, e-commerce platforms, or affiliate marketing.
• Experience in student organizations, school projects, or internships that show initiative and teamwork.
• Basic knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets formulas or data visualization tools.
• Interest in the creator economy, digital content, or influencer marketing.
• Creative problem-solving mindset with curiosity to explore new ideas.
