The Affiliate Marketing Intern supports the growth of our program by researching, recruiting, and onboarding new affiliate partners. Responsibilities include creating marketing strategies, maintaining regular communication, monitoring key performance metrics (sales/conversions), and assisting with optimization strategies to build strong, results-driven affiliate relationships.
What You'll Do
  • Research, identify, and recruit potential affiliates aligned with brand values
  • Support affiliate onboarding and ensure smooth integration into the program
  • Provide marketing materials and promotional strategies to assist affiliate efforts
  • Maintain regular communication with affiliates to offer support and address concerns
  • Monitor affiliate performance metrics such as sales and conversions
  • Optimize affiliate output through feedback, insights, and performance strategies
  • Keep affiliates informed about new products, campaigns, and promotions
  • Build strong affiliate relationships to drive engagement and results
Who You Are
  • Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field
  • At least 600 internship hours.
  • Open to a hybrid setup (thrice a week onsite in BGC).
  • Must have your own laptop for work.
  • Strong analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • GSuite, MS Office (Excel, Powerpoint, etc.)
  • Attention to detail, ability to synthesize, influence and convince, communication and effective data storytelling, action-oriented, digitally savvy, intelligent insights
