Project Management Intern

Job Summary

The Project Management Intern provides support in project operations, documentation, and coordination. The role offers hands-on exposure to project management processes, tools, and team collaboration. Interns will gain experience in record-keeping, task monitoring, and applying project management principles in a professional environment.

Tasks & Duties

  • Organize project SharePoint sites using templates.
  • Ensure consistency of file and document naming conventions across projects.
  • Join Daily Scrum Meetings (DSMs), take notes in Minutes of Meeting (MoM) format, and submit for review and client coordination.
  • Assist in managing timesheets and comparing allocation vs. actuals.
  • Check DSM MoMs and monitor DevOps tickets for status (delayed, on time, etc.).

Learning Outcomes

  • Apply organizational and documentation skills in a project setting.
  • Develop project coordination and reporting abilities.
  • Gain confidence in contributing to project tracking and client coordination.

Job Type: OJT (On the job training)

Contract length: 6 months
