We are looking for a Technical Trainer.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and facilitate comprehensive training programs on technical systems, tools, and processes, with a focus on both foundational networking and advanced technical concepts.
• Assess training needs by collaborating with managers, HR, and technical teams.
• Design course materials such as manuals, presentations, e‑learning modules, and hands‑on labs.
• Create exams and quizzes for operations agents to reinforce learning and strengthen skills.
• Conduct training sessions in person, virtually, or through blended learning methods.
• Evaluate training effectiveness using feedback, assessments, and performance metrics.
• Update training content regularly to reflect new technologies, processes, or organizational changes.
• Support learners by answering questions, troubleshooting issues, and providing follow‑up guidance.
• Collaborate with Account Specific Trainers to ensure accuracy and relevance of training content.
• Customize training content to align with organizational goals, client expectations, and industry standards.
• May be required to travel to other sites to conduct face‑to‑face training.

Other Responsibilities

• Assist the Recruitment Team during the hiring process by conducting speaking assessments for applicants.
• Assist HR with company related activities and events.
• Report any system issue immediately about the company infrastructure to IT.
• Maintains detailed and current knowledge of CTC's and client's services and policies by attending meetings, on-going training sessions, and other professional development programs.
• Ensures to Log-in on both DTR on time and checks company emails before and after shift.
• Attend monthly socializations and support company wide activities
• Maintains good conduct, ethics, and professional relations with colleagues and superiors.

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Must have a Bachelor's degree preferably in computer technology, information systems, engineering, or any related field.
• Must have at least 3 years of experience in a technical training role.
• Experience in designing and developing training material is preferred but not required.
• Proficient knowledge of VLAN, routing, OSI, VPN, IP subnetting, and different networking protocols such as TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, etc
• Technical Certifications such as CCNA, Ruckus Certification, and others are preferred but not required.
• Proficient in using MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
• Must have excellent oral and written English communication skills.
• Must have excellent facilitation, presentation, and listening skills.
• Has excellent Customer Service Skills
• Has good interpersonal and professional skills
• Has the ability to creatively use resources and adjust to changes quickly and professionally
• Has the ability to work independently with minimal supervision, but also in a team environment
• Has strong attention to detail
• Has the ability to prioritize assignments and projects based on importance and customer expectations
• Can showcase Analytical, Dynamic, and Creative personal qualities
• Willing to work in shifts/weekends/holidays
