About the Role

We are looking for an experienced
Training & Quality Manager
to lead performance, capability development, and quality excellence for our healthcare operations. This role is ideal for a leader who can manage large teams, drive operational improvements, and collaborate across functions to enhance customer experience and compliance in a highly regulated environment.

  • Oversee end-to-end training operations, including onboarding, upskilling, refreshers, and continuous learning programs.
  • Manage quality assurance programs, including call monitoring, coaching, calibration, and process audits
  • Collaborate closely with Operations, Compliance, Workforce, and Client Teams to identify gaps and drive performance improvements.
  • Analyze performance metrics and create action plans to improve accuracy, quality, and customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure all team processes meet healthcare compliance standards (HIPAA or equivalent data privacy requirements).

Job Qualification:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
  • 5+ years of experience
    in Training, Quality, or Operations within a
    Healthcare BPO or Healthcare Services environment
    .
  • Proven experience managing trainers, QA analysts, or enablement teams.
  • Strong understanding of healthcare processes, medical terminology, and regulatory standards.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and lead in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
