Position Overview:

The Quality Management (QM) Assistant shall assist in the implementation, monitoring, and continuous improvement of the company's Quality Management System (QMS). The role involves supporting documentation, compliance, and audit activities to ensure that all business processes adhere to established standards and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of any Engineering, Science, or related technical course.
  • Preferably with experience or background in Quality Management Systems (ISO 9001:2015) or related fields.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage documentation and reporting requirements.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with different departments.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Assist in maintaining and updating Quality Management System (QMS) documents, records, and manuals.
  • Support internal and external audit activities by preparing reports, documentation, and follow-up actions.
  • Monitor compliance with quality procedures, work instructions, and company policies.
  • Coordinate with various departments to ensure that quality objectives and targets are met.
  • Facilitate the distribution and control of QMS documents and records.
  • Assist in the preparation and analysis of performance metrics, reports, and corrective/preventive action plans.
  • Participate in QMS awareness and training initiatives.
