Job Summary:

We are seeking a resourceful and detail-oriented Recruitment Sourcing Specialist to proactively identify and engage top talent for a variety of roles within our organization. This position focuses on building strong talent pipelines through market research, strategic sourcing, and candidate outreach, contributing to faster and more effective recruitment efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements and ideal candidate profiles.

  • Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to attract passive and active candidates through online platforms, social media, job boards, referrals, and networking events.

  • Utilize Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing tools to identify qualified candidates.

  • Pre-screen potential candidates to assess fit and interest, and deliver high-quality leads to the recruiting team.

  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for recurring or hard-to-fill positions.

  • Track sourcing metrics and provide reports on outreach effectiveness, pipeline status, and sourcing ROI.

  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent sourcing and recruitment.

  • Support employer branding efforts through engagement with online communities and talent pools.

Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in the staffing/recruitment industry, preferably with a global organization or BPO company.

  • Prior experience sourcing and qualifying candidates for a variety of BPO roles.

  • Ability to source creatively from sources such as job boards, employee referral programs, social media and internet searches.

  • Strong knowledge of technology (Boolean search logic, Outlook, Web, Excel, PowerPoint and Word),

  • A degree in business or a related discipline is desirable.
